Netherlands head coach Ronald Koeman has not called up Frenkie de Jong
According to the latest report from "Mundo Deportivo," Frenkie de Jong's absence from the Netherlands' UEFA Nations League squad for October is due to an agreement reached between Ronald Koeman and Barcelona's medical team, deciding not to call up the player who has just returned from injury.
The report states that Netherlands head coach Ronald Koeman did not include De Jong, who recently recovered from injury, because of this agreement with Barcelona’s medical team. Although De Jong has been feeling good after his return, he is still not ready to play a full match after a long absence. In response, Xavi and his team have developed a plan for De Jong. He is expected to play again in the match against Alavés and use the international break to regain his form.
Currently, with players like Bernardo and Christensen sidelined due to injuries, De Jong's return is expected to have a positive impact on Xavi's tactical arrangements.
